A lovely 2 story maisonette in a quiet area near Limassol’s main coastal road, featuring a car park and its own private veranda. A perfect place for groups of up to 4 people seeking relaxation and quiet within a busy and vibrant city.

Within a two minutes walk you find yourself on Limassol’s busiest street! From there you get easy access to sandy beaches restaurants, cafes and everything that this beautiful city has to offer.

On the ground floor you will find a beautiful open space living area that includes the living room, the kitchen, a dining area. In the living area and dining area, you will find a comfortable sofas, a smart TV and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything from a full-sized stove, a washing machine, a dishwasher to tableware and cooking utensils.

On the top floor of the property, you will find 3 bedrooms both with air conditioning! The master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. Two other bedrooms also feature a double bed, a wardrobe and a large windows. Also on the upper floor, you will find the main bathroom that features a shower, toilet, and sink. There is an additional toilet for your confience.

This is a requirement outlined in our management agreement with the property owner. The process takes just 1 minute to complete. Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout.
This process is mandatory by the Hotels & Tourism Establishments law KΔΤΙ 192/85, Καν. 10 & 64 (1) & (2) and you are required to complete the form to receive the key collection information prior to your arrival.

EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS
• If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.

• EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.

• Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €30/stay for High Chair or €40/stay if you wish to order both together.

• Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost.


FOR SMART TV WITH NO CHANNELS: Our listing includes a smart TV, but it does not have satellite channels. However, feel free to browse the web, watch YouTube, or log in to your Netflix account.

FOR CARDS: Upon check-in, you will receive an energy-saving card attached to your apartment key. Please remember to remove it from the card holder when you leave the apartment.

FOR KEYS: Upon check-in, you will receive ONLY ONE apartment key. We kindly ask that you store it in the key box whenever you go out to prevent it from being misplaced and to ensure it remains accessible to all members of your group.

ELECTRICITY
IMPORTANT - Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Notice:
We are committed to promoting efficient energy use in our community to support sustainability and provide a comfortable stay. Please note the following electricity usage limits:

* Studio or 1 Bedroom Apartment: 130 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 18.5 KWH.
* 2 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 150 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 21.4 KWH.
* 3 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 170 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 24.2 KWH.
* 2 Bedroom Villa with pool: 220 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 31.4 KWH.
* 3 Bedroom Villa pool: 250 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 35.7 KWH.


If your usage exceeds these limits, an additional charge of 0.36 EUR per extra KWH will apply daily. This policy helps ensure fair energy use and encourages mindful consumption, benefiting both the environment and your wallet.
