    On the ground floor of the house, you’ll find a spacious, fully air-conditioned living area featuring a comfortable sofa bed, a TV, a dining table, and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the home with natural light.
    Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for culinary experiments, as well as a washing machine and dishwasher for added convenience.
    A guest toilet is also located on this floor.

    Upstairs, you’ll discover two bright bedrooms, each with a double bed, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. A shared bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink completes this level.

    Step outside, and you’ll find a terrace with a dining area and cozy seating -the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite drinks and unwind in the fresh air. Please note that the backyard space is shared with another house and is not a completely private, fenced yard.

    GUEST REGISTRATION & RENTAL AGREEMENT SIGNING: All guests must complete our online registration form, sign the rental agreement, and provide identification. This is a requirement outlined in our management agreement with the property owner. The process takes just 1 minute to complete. Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout.
    This process is mandatory by the Hotels & Tourism Establishments law KΔΤΙ 192/85, Καν. 10 & 64 (1) & (2) and you are required to complete the form to receive the key collection information prior to your arrival.
    Guests will receive a digital rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.

    THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.

    PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!

    Note: For everyone's safety and enjoyment, ATVs (All-Terrain Vehicles) are strictly prohibited from entering or parking at this complex.

    EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS

    •If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.

    • EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.

    • Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for High Chair

      In the same area, you will find a sitting area, where you will find a comfortable sofa bed and a Smart TV, where you can relax and enjoy your favourite shows on TV. A rest room is also located on the ground floor.

      The two bedrooms and the main bathroom can be found on the top floor of the property! In the main bedroom, you will find a comfortable double bed and a desk that is perfect for doing some serious work making the house suitable for digital nomads and guests that want to finish some work tasks ;) In the second bedroom, you will find two single beds that can be put together to form a double bed! Both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and feature large wardrobes where you can store your belongings! They also feature large windows that let ample light come through to light up the space.

      The bathroom offers a walk-in modern shower.

      On the outside spaces, you will find a nice relaxing area, at the front or rear of the house, where you can sit and relax while enjoying your cup of tea or iced coffee in the morning or that cool beer in the afternoon.
