In the living area you will find a large dining table that can sit all the guests staying at the property. Right next to it you will find traditional furniture and comfortable leather sofas a flat screen TV and a work station, in the corner right next to the stairs, where you can put your laptop on and work remotely. The villa can boast about its fully-equipped kitchen that offers everything from a full-size stove and oven, washing machine, cookware, tableware, utensils and even a dish washing machine so that you won’t have to wash anything. Who wants to wash the plates anyway while they are on holidays? Cook like home away from home! There is also a guest bathroom on the ground floor and this is where you will also find the washing machine. The first floor features the main bathroom, three bedrooms and a large veranda. 2 of the bedrooms overlook the swimming pool while the large veranda has a view of the quiet street the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or tea. In the master bedroom you will find a double bed and a large wardrobe. The same goes for the second bedroom where you will also find one large double bed and a large wardrobe. In bedroom number three, which has street view, you will find two single beds and a large wardrobe. All bedrooms have split type air conditioners (heating / cooling) for extra comfort. The back yard provides you complete privacy, a quiet place with amenities and beautiful plantation. You will find sunbeds and garden furniture where you can relax and unwind from the stress of everyday life. Sit here and enjoy your cold beer or glass of wine in the afternoon. Ayia Thekla is a newly developed and quiet area on the western edge of Ayia Napa only a short driving distance from the place where all the clubs are located and where the fun takes place. Building here began in the late 1990s and today it is a modern collection of villa estates strung along the coast for several miles. Just east of the beach is Ayia Thekla church and a collection of ancient tombs in the rocks. Just west of the beach is a beach bar where the weekly market is held year-round every Wednesday. The main beach is a small horseshoe of soft sand with several rocky islands just a short way out. For several miles west towards Potamos Liopetriou the rocky shoreline is interspersed with small private patches of golden sand, ideal for those looking for a quiet sunbathing spot. Kitesurfers and paragliders also use Ayia Thekla beach for practice and it is a popular spot for jogging and walking along the coastal pathway. In Spring the area is a riot of wildflowers and the seashore is very pretty. The beach bar at Ayia Thekla is also the home of a weekly market which is on all year round on Wednesday mornings. There are few other amenities in the Ayia Thekla area, besides a small mini-market and a fast-food stand. A lot of the villas in the area are holiday rentals although there is a small resident population as well. The area is served by the hourly bus from Potamos Liopetriou (service 509) which runs through the center of Ayia Napa before heading on to Paralimni village. A more regular bus service (service 101/102) is available more frequently from the waterpark at the eastern edge of Ayia Thekla.
