The villa is in the heart of Protaras and yet far from the crowd and noise because of its ideal location.

    As you enter the villa, there is a spacious open plan living area, kitchen, and dining area which lead out to the swimming pool. The living room is furnished with comfortable leather sofas, a double sofa bed, and a large table. Additionally, there is a flat-screen TV with 1000+ satellite channels, a shelf with a variety of books and Free-WIFI coverage throughout the villa. The villa can boast about its modern fully-equipped kitchen that offers everything from a full-size stove and oven, washing machine, and microwave to cookware, tableware, and utensils. Cook like a home away from home! The dining area is consisted of a round wooden table and enough chairs to seat up to six people. There is also a guest bathroom on the ground floor.

    The first floor features the main bathroom and three bedrooms, 2 of which have an amazing sea view and private balconies, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or tea. In the master bedroom, you will find a double bed and a private balcony, with 2 chairs and a small table, overlooking the sea. In the second bedroom, you will find two large single beds and another private balcony with an exceptional sea view. In bedroom number three you will find two single beds. Single beds can be easily put together to form a large double bed. All bedrooms have spacious wardrobes and split-type air conditioners (heating/cooling) for extra comfort.
    The backyard provides you with complete privacy, a quiet place with a relaxing sea view, and amenities. You will find a beautiful patio with built-in barbeque, an outdoor fridge, table, and chairs so you can relax in the shade during the hot summer days and enjoy your morning tea or that cold beer by the pool during a nice and sunny Cypriot afternoon.

    Villa Kangaroo is located in one of the best areas of Protaras next to Cavo Maris Hotel and just 2 minutes walk to two of the best beaches in the region, the picturesque Vyzakia Beach and Green Bay, both with white sand and crystal clear blue waters. Within a 1 km radius, you will find a clinic, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, water sports, organized beaches, and much more.

    Protaras offers numerous beaches, and good nightlife and is the ideal holiday destination, especially for a family with children. There can be found many beautiful beaches in the area that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer (pedalos, diving, canoeing, and para-sailing, etc). Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving nightlife in the summer months and all within walking distance from the villa.

    There is also a water park and aquarium that are great for children of all ages. The water park, the biggest in the Middle East, can be found just outside of Ayia Napa and is only 10km away. The aquarium is a 5-min drive.

    Within 7 minute's drive, you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbour the romantic Sirina Bay or the child-friendly Kalamies Beach. Konnos Bay is 2 minute's drive in the opposite direction while Central Protaras Strip, Fig Tree Bay, and Sunrise Beach are about 15 minutes walk away.

    There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Protaras Centre with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very accessible with a pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on one’s morning walk, or for sun-downers/dinner in the evening. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea, and watch the sunset.

    Ayia Napa, the most cosmopolitan resort in Cyprus and well-known for its amazing beaches and vibrant nightlife is a short 10-minute drive from the villa.

    There is a bus stop nearby with direct links to Ayia Napa and Protaras centre, where most of the restaurants, bars, and cafes are located. Most beaches are within walking distance but you can also take the bus to other great beaches.
