If you are looking for a bigger supermarket METRO can be found only 4 minutes away by car. As you enter the house you will come upon the open plan living area, where you will find the beautiful living room area and the kitchen, the perfect area to sit and relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a large refrigerator, a stove and oven, a washing machine, dishwasher, a toaster, and kettle! Additionally, you will find all the utensils and cookware to prepare most of the meals that you like, and you can enjoy them on the dining table right next to the kitchen! On the ground floor you will also find the toilet, and one of the three bedrooms that feature a relaxing double bed and large sliding doors on both sides that you can open and enjoy the cool breeze. On the top floor, you will find 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom! The master bedroom features a double bed and the second bedroom features a small bed! Both bedrooms feature closets where you can store your belongings! The second bedroom also features a balcony with a relaxing street view! Every room in the house features a split unit air-conditioning, that you can utilize to keep you call during the hot days of the summer! In the outside space of the house, you will find the spacious backyard where you can find the bbq facilities where you can prepare some of your favorite meals and enjoy them on the dining table located under the covered area! Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation. PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there! EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS • If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed. • EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost. • Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for High Chair • Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost.
